New torque converter was installed in January 2026. Truck still shudders. Took it back a couple of weeks later and was told the problem was my tires had flat spots and needed an alignment. Tires and alignment done but truck still shudders.

I was emailed about a recall. Made an appointment to come in for a fuel pump control module part. Lost money. in my contracting business to be there. Arrived and waited 45 minutes until told they did not have the part and I would need to make an appointment to come back in. When Iasked why this had happenned the 20 something told me with emphasis "it's not my fault," thinking that would be a good explaination.You used to be my go to service center.... used to.

Left my car there on Feb4 and it took 3 weeks to get it ready for a battery repair. And it’s a 2025 car, not old and hard to get it. Also I had asked for some items to be done as annual maintenance and it was not done even I had signed the papers for it. 2nd time and bad experience. I’d rather ride a bike forever than going back to this dealership

⭐ 1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointing Service Experience I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had with this Chevrolet dealership’s service department. My vehicle was in for warranty repairs that took over a month, with very little communication and constant delays. Every time I called for updates, I received vague responses and shifting timelines. No one took responsibility, and I constantly had to chase them for answers. What made the situation even worse was the unprofessional and insulting behavior I experienced when I simply asked for a loaner vehicle. I was spoken down to and insulted for only owning one car, which was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Needing transportation while your only vehicle is in the shop for weeks should be completely understandable. Because of the lack of progress and poor treatment, I had to contact Chevrolet Corporate, and only then did the dealership suddenly move to resolve the situation and return my vehicle. It should never take corporate involvement just to get basic service and respect. This experience was stressful, frustrating, and unacceptable. I expected professionalism, communication, and courtesy — especially for a warranty repair. Instead, I got delays, disrespect, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this service department to anyone.

They keep me inform of my service request and following up with me to ensure I was aware of the progress being perform. This was my first time visit and I will be returning.
