Destiny was an incredible service manager who ensured we came up with solutions to problems. The tire I needed was not in stock and we worked together to decide to put the spare on until the new tire came in (and I can return due to the snow and ice). The team was courteous, professional, and performed wonderful service.

Seriously Misleading Diagnosis and Unacceptable Service. I was quoted a $4,000 fuel system replacement at Ourisman Chevrolet for a problem that turned out to be a warranty-covered fuel pressure regulator. Their diagnosis was completely wrong, and I was charged $250 for it. I brought my truck in for a check engine light and was told by service advisor John Witham that the issue was caused by “bad diesel fuel” and that the entire fuel system needed replacement. I declined and took the truck to another Chevrolet dealership. That dealership found no evidence of contaminated fuel, no contaminants in the fuel filter, and confirmed the actual issue was a failed fuel pressure regulator, fully covered under the factory warranty. Had I followed Ourisman’s recommendation, I would have paid thousands of dollars unnecessarily. Presenting a $4,000 repair for a problem that was neither caused by bad fuel nor required customer-paid work is unacceptable. The interaction with the service advisor was dismissive and unprofessional, which only compounded the situation. This experience wasted my time and money and destroyed my confidence in this service department. I strongly advise anyone considering service here to get a second opinion before approving any major repair. I cannot recommend Ourisman Chevrolet’s service department.

I had to reschedule the installation of the step assist due to missing parts. I requested a loaner but when I arrived the service person said I would have to leave my car overnight and that there was a 10 week wait time for a loaner. He did take my name or checked to see if one was reserved for me. I ended up leaving without the service and requested a refund for the parts.
